Then he found a cow to milk in you.

You also pay for the statics with the well-known house builders - just proportionally calculated, because their standard plans don’t have to be recalculated every time.

But then you also get standard – it can work, you can like it – but it doesn’t have to be everything. And I’m happy to pay more for the individuality with the 4000 euros for the statics of our house.

The electricians are actually poor devils with the GÜ. They probably can't make a living from the house wiring. Only the [Aufmusterung] really makes it interesting for them, since the house builder is necessarily tied to them. That's how the juicy markups come about. And since hardly anyone builds to standard these days, they also get by.

In this case, however, it was apparently not an electrician of the [GÜ].

"Sufficient" is always a matter of opinion. I don’t need 20 sockets in the living room. In the kitchen, we only have sockets for the stove/cooktop/microwave/dishwasher and then one single socket under the dining table and under the light switch, as well as 2 double sockets above the countertop. In the other rooms (bedroom, children’s room, study) there are 6 sockets each. Completely sufficient. Not every device needs its own socket. There are also power strips that can be stored in the cabinet.

I assume so too. But does it always have to be something completely new? If you can afford it, certainly. However, if you take "standard" floor plans, building a house is not necessarily something financially outrageous. A house does not always have to cost over €300,000. I don't want to imply more than that.

But you simply cannot place every standard floor plan on any plot of land.

Besides, you first have to like the floor plan or it has to meet the requirements.

The 300 T€ is also not set as a "standard" here.
