No, it primarily depends on where you want to build in Germany; the equipment should be considered secondary. What is behind the amount of EUR 180,000? Semi-detached house? Simple architecture? Detached? Dormer? Numbers are - taken by themselves - just smoke and mirrors Rheinische Grüße

Turnkey construction was a pure matter of trust for me, which I could not place in any provider. As a client, who is usually building their first house, one will not be able to thoroughly examine the construction description with the equipment in all its details and tailor it to their personal preferences. Ultimately, one repeatedly reads about a delta that can usually only be quantified upon handover of the keys (ready for occupancy).

Ask people about the Delta who have given freely or built with an architect. The Delta can be much larger there. The desire for more comes during construction.

It is a detached single-family house, simple architecture. Gas boiler + solar and decentralized ventilation system. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Tiles in the bathroom, kitchen, WC, utility room and downstairs hallway. No special electrical requests, just some additional sockets, outdoor motion detector, satellite cable from the attic to all rooms. Laminate in the remaining rooms (own work) + paint and wallpaper on the walls (own work). This year the outdoor area will follow (approx. €10,000 - own work).

The picture was not the final version, I currently have no other one available.

Including the base plate? And what kind of knee wall is it? At the top I only see 2 windows, and the other side?

In terms of type, but also price, the offer from Town & Country was not comparable to Heinz von Heiden or TeamMassivhaus. Helma also had partially lower equipment in certain details. I can of course no longer evaluate execution and materials – we did not build with any of the general contractors.
