No, the whole process runs completely online and automated. No one looks over it. There is the Confirmation of the Application (BZA) ID of the energy consultant. This must be entered obligatorily so that the calculation data of the energy consultant go into the connected system of the KfW. The approval also happens automatically. A few days ago, I submitted an application for a client. It took about three minutes until the approval from KfW – entering data, pressing the button, and immediately (after automated processing) the approval came. No Confirmation of the Application (BZA), no application. No application, no approval. No approval, no funding. Addendum: The first energy consultants advise submitting the application still this year, as it is rumored that the fund could empty faster than planned.

One funding program has nothing to do with the other funding program. Therefore, the notes on this topic are partly not helpful! My funding system KfW-Effizienzhaus 55EE is from 07/19/21 and validity of grant until: 01/19/2024.

If this deadline then passes unsuccessfully, the consequence of a rejection notice must result from this - and then it will inevitably come into play that your entry stamp date loses its value. As far as my assessment is correct, it follows: if you submit the application at the end of January, the processor can only start processing six weeks later and will give you two weeks time to.

19.07.21 to 19.01.2024 is 30 months, plus 12 months extension... for me 42 months...
