I would address it openly with the house bank and free myself from it. Always shift the blame to the developer. It's a pity that you have already paid the invoice, otherwise I would deduct the interest disadvantage from the company.

I don't see why you shouldn't claim the labor cost share according to the tax possibilities (rented/self-used). You can learn more about this from the tax advisor, as only they are allowed to offer tax consulting services. Hello, yes, that is exactly what it is about. I have transferred the invoice, why??? I have received the approval for it and am now having the proof of use prepared (expert part). I have also now read on the letter of approval that a tax deduction of the wage costs is excluded when making use of the KfW grant. Well, then I guess I have to think about what is more advantageous for me. In any case, I will call the KfW. Because another condition for the funding is the later non-cash payment of the invoice. Therefore, that was already good and not another knockout criterion. However, you can no longer correct a date there (bank statement).

But you simply can't get around one point:

The application must be submitted to KFW before you start with the measure.

At that point, in my opinion, it's over. Of course, you can call KFW then, but I see it more like dark gray to black. They are very bureaucratic there.

From when is the confirmation of the application receipt at KFW?
When exactly were the windows installed?
What date does the confirmation of completion from the energy consultant bear?
When was the invoice issued?
When was the invoice paid?
