BEG funding for Efficiency House 55 in new construction will be discontinued

Does anyone know if there is a problem if the house number is missing in the approved Kfw application? No one can be reached at Kfw and the house number is not fixed yet due to the still missing building permit.

Do you have to wait for the building permit to be granted for this? In our area (Leipzig district/Saxony) it was possible to apply for the house number at the municipality/city long before. That was the very first thing I did right after the notary appointment; simply because I was so excited. :) (By the way: It cost about 20 euros or so.)
