Read about it today too... Then it will probably be a 40EE instead of 55EE :/
Commuter allowance is supposed to be eliminated and the diesel subsidy.... Living in the countryside is supposed to become unattractive... In the big city, you need less individual traffic :/

Great. The country has just started to recover a bit thanks to the home office opportunities and the cities are happy about a bit less pressure in the real estate market. Why don't they just eliminate the commuter allowance for distances under 30 km and the company car subsidies?

Building will therefore soon become even more expensive

Not stopping the funding earlier because of synchronization of two actors is actually citizen-friendly. Besides: "Please understand if you receive several mailings from us in one day. Merging them would be more expensive than the additional postage." :)

The first part is logical and consistent, the second however, in my opinion, tends towards making building again elitist in a more stringent way. Trying to compensate for that further with construction financing would lead to, I’d say nicely, "undesirable" far-reaching distortions in monetary policy.

A bit of chatter for people who themselves enjoy W salary scales in their ivory tower. I would probably draw a moderate ban on myself if I wrote aloud what I think about using “climate rescue” as a cover to make home ownership impossible for the real performers (= nurses, etc.) :-(

The first would lead to further densification of metropolitan areas, and what do you mean by “company car subsidies”?

Unfortunately, I know many companies in my circle of acquaintances that, after the requirement was lifted, no longer offer any... And the jobs were really 100% doable without being on-site... What a pity

Here the bus runs twice a day... The train station is 7km away... but you don’t need your own car in Germany...

just google manager magazin and agora denkfabrik. when I look at what our management level drives, the criticism is fully confirmed.
