Wow, thanks for the design!
We have actually already planned soundproofing for the wall to the bedroom, including pre-wall installation, so hopefully you won’t hear much anymore?
The shower directly at the window is probably a bit too adventurous for me (privacy, moisture), but I really like the bathtub and especially the large washbasin. The toilet and bidet are, similar to other designs, a bit close together; you’d have to test how that feels. Here’s an extremely rough 3D:

Yes, a washbasin in the north makes sense; would it then look something like this? The "problem" of little space between toilet/bidet remains:

For the sake of completeness, here is draft No. 4 from the initial post:

In the draft, the WC wall is 140cm (shower tray 120cm + 20cm pre-wall) long, from the corner of this wall to the corner south of the room door it is about 120cm. After extending the wall to 160cm, there would still be about 94cm passage.

Thanks for the explanation, I will definitely take a closer look / try out the shower toilets again at the bathroom showroom!

Thanks, I will try that! You could extend the shower tray together with the wall (at least the door will get less wet then) or possibly install a bench to use the space (cleaning effort?).

You are quick with the 3D view. I like that. However, the non-floor-to-ceiling walls were all intended to be a bit lower. The ones near the bathtub end at the bathtub's upper edge – so at about 50 to 60 cm. The shower wall without glass ends at the cladding wall of the sinks. It is only a splash guard. Otherwise, the room looks too "chopped up" in my opinion.
