.. do you mean version 4 from the introductory post or the version from post 4 (which I still like best .. optionally a partition wall to the shower at about 120 cm height with mounted glass or directly about 220 cm high. And you could also easily do without a shower door ... something else you don’t have to clean.

Tiles ... of course depends on the lime content .. mine is very low, I do nothing to my tiled walls except occasionally really cleaning. The grout still looks good after 10 years (tile size in the shower 30x60 cm).

Yes, the shower in the right niche probably makes the most sense in all drafts, just like the washbasin on the northern wall. Then we actually only have to decide how to best distribute the bathtub, toilet, and bidet within the remaining spaces ;)

Maybe also the:

What would bother me about 1, 4, 5, and 6 is that the toilet and bidet are so much on display right at first sight when you enter the bathroom. With number 5, it's even less cozy since you sit with your back to the door and still very centrally.

That’s great! Light from the left at the washbasin, close to the door, tub peaceful and with a view. If you have taken a bath and then want to quickly shower afterwards, the shower is near and also gets daylight. I would omit the bidet, use a washlet instead, and mount a towel radiator on the shower wall.

Or you separate the toilet and bidet completely:

Then the bathroom can be used independently from the toilet by two people at the same time.

That would be a shame for the beautiful large bathroom.
