I've thought about it for a long time, what bothers me is not even the many corners. I think I would find it much calmer if the very contrasting floor tiles had not been picked up for the storage surfaces.

I find the washbasin and especially the faucet very nice. And even if it's not my style, overall it has become a harmonious and certainly cozy bathroom.

I have to say, with my favorite channel HGTV, I am always amazed when they use tiles in renovations that are similar to your “colorful” ones. Like those stars and similar patterns. When they show them like that, I keep telling myself I would never do that. It somehow looks kitschy, I’d say. But in the final product, I’m usually surprised how harmonious it looks. Also with your accents. Individually, at first glance not, but overall it looks very stylish.

I don't find them kitschy at all. They have their own style, which fits very well with the oriental, but also with the modern country house style - now thanks to their adoption of the industrial style. A nice contrast to the sobriety. When I built, there were only the damn expensive concrete tiles, otherwise I would probably have an oriental guest WC now.

Update: We have now moved in and the water stays fairly well in the shower. And we usually shower there with two people. So it does splash about 30cm in front of the entrance, but there are tiles and a bath mat. With controlled ventilation and exhaust, the humidity disappeared after a short time - we once tried simply NOT opening the window as a test and were very impressed how quickly it works.

Somewhere in another bathroom thread, I have already shown my bathroom. But it fits quite well here too - as an example of a colorful bathroom. So far, I see a lot of beige, gray, brown, and black. I haven't seen orange, red, or purple yet. I assume you haven't either;

Et voilà, here is the good piece that I will have sold by the end of November. In reality, the tiles are square (10x10).

Awesome.
Very beautiful, lovingly designed bathrooms.

I am currently trying to design beautiful bathrooms despite our awful general contractor.

To get into the topic and if you don’t mind, I have a few questions:
1. What kind of fittings are those?
2. Which tiles are used in the small bathroom?
3. Which bathtub is that?
4. Which washbasin is that? Is the table homemade?

THANK YOU!
