At the low flow temperature produced by the heat pump, the heating water can flow directly into the underfloor heating. In the mixing buffer, you enter at a higher temperature so that the appropriate flow temperature can be "mixed" accordingly. This makes sense if the heat generator produces high temperatures, e.g., if it is a water-bearing wood stove.
