It is supposed to easily achieve the annual performance factor, even 4.6.
But here in the forum, you rarely hear Vaillant in connection with heat pumps... is there a particular reason for that?

Don't you know the pink forum? What bothers me about the whole thing is the granny flat; if you have a bad tenant there, the kWs will run.

Definitely install a heat meter and 20-21 degrees is cold. Be meticulous about the laying distance being 5cm in the bathroom. And for the granny flat, an additional heater on a separate electricity meter.
