Anyone who has ever wondered how this entropy works. One child and a box of Duplo illustrate this very well :D

[A child and a box of Duplo illustrate this very well] Lego Duplo or Ferrero Duplo?

Lego Duplo. Although the one from Ferrero would surely spread quickly throughout the whole house if such sweets already existed. Bread crumbs definitely spread quite well ;)

They only just signed, apparently it's too late because it hasn't been built yet.

But yes, maybe I haven't justified my criticism enough.

But look at the bathroom, who can get into the shower there? The passage is at most 70cm wide.

The dressing room about 1.1m wide, there's a 60cm wide closet, if it has doors you can only get dressed in 50cm.

Fewer walls would be worth more here with this floor plan.

Downstairs 7sqm office, here behind the door at least 60cm must be made for closet space.

All small things but they are there.

And they don’t bother anyone.

I don’t know anyone who has problems with 70cm doorways. We also have two of those in our house. And I’m not exactly slim. A 7sqm office is also enough for a desk and a cabinet for files. Why have a ballroom with a sofa and coffee table?

A dressing room is more like a walk-in closet or just unfavorably named on the plan. Bedrooms without closets are great and if you can banish the closets to a small room, for example, I find that good.

You only want fewer walls if you prefer an open floor plan. If you don’t, this is just right. You can always do something better (differently) and I bet I could find something to complain about in your house too… But calling it many mistakes right away is a bit presumptuous. The things you listed wouldn’t bother me, for example, or we have similar ones in our place.

That definitely doesn’t bother me. I just measured the current shower and it’s only 64cm. That hasn’t bothered me so far and I’m definitely not slim. On the plan, it should even be a bit more than 70cm and with tiles maybe around 70cm. Roughly.

"The walk-in closet about 1.1 wide, there will be a 60cm wide closet, if with doors you have to dress on 50cm."

The walk-in closet is 1.51m wide and the closet that is supposed to go in there is about 60cm deep and has sliding doors. So it should actually work. But whether I can even set up the closet in there is questionable anyway. I don’t think the idea of the walk-in closet from the comment one below is bad either. Besides, it’s anyway unrealistic that all the clothes will fit in there. If her clothes, which she always "needs", fit in there, then it’s already full. What I need in everyday life also fits in a smaller closet in the bedroom. The rest just goes in the basement.

"Downstairs 7m2 office, here behind the door at least 60cm space must be made for a closet."

So a closet probably does go there, but I wouldn’t know why I would need a 60cm deep office closet? Normal folders only need about 30cm.

If the house ends up as it is on the plans now, then I’m happy with it. At some point I still have to figure out where the wood for the stove fits best. But that’s future music. I’m only 99% happy with the basement. I would have liked a little less hallway too but it’s good as it is.
