I would say I am happy to discuss cost-neutral changes that can possibly still be incorporated during construction. I am also grateful for criticism on concrete points.
The suggestion to eliminate the mini-hallway in the basement has already come up and, in my opinion, is the right amount of changes that are still "appropriate" now. I find the overall floor plan draft "decidedly not bad enough to throw it overboard significantly" (and the attitude very commendable, in the sense of achieving the goal to eventually close the deal). The next house will come when the kids have moved out. May more builders recognize Pareto as the patron saint of moderate perfection!
So: "Plaster and plastering, expands the room!" Sounds like the headline of an article by @11ant. Although maybe a somewhat too trivial topic.
I sincerely thank you for the suggestion, but it will probably only be feasible in the Baulotsen editorial plan by the end of April :)
That's also what we call the big LEGO bricks. For differentiation.
Like Lego, but in toddler-proof size, there was something from "Schildkröt" in my childhood. Lego Duplo came to my recollection just as I was already too old for it, and before the "longest praline".
