I have only set up the kitchen 1 to 1 with the measurements as it currently stands in our rental apartment. It was only bought last year and I will still consult with the furniture store about how the kitchen can be "adjusted" so that it doesn't have to be set up exactly as on the plan. However, I already wanted to have it integrated in the plan in its current condition.
The living room is also built in 1 to 1 with the measurements as we newly bought it for the rental apartment last year. The armchair is actually not an armchair, but a footrest. It just wasn't available in the program. It will be enough for the first few years and as soon as the children are there and maybe a bit older, we will redecorate our living room. But now, to throw away the living room that will only be about 2 1/2 years old when the house is finished, I don't really see the point.
I will take another look at the garage and probably change it back to the old measurements. I am also reconsidering the storage room downstairs. Maybe there is a way to get more space into the utility room... But the storage room upstairs will probably remain in the plan.
As already mentioned, this is only the rough planning. The actual one will still be created by an architect. He has much more experience and will certainly create something more refined from this. I even doubt whether the statics would work even remotely with the current plan.
