I like the big bathroom. You actually spend more time in there than you initially think. I would trade it for mine immediately

I also like the large bathroom. And 20m² for a children's room is quite decent, but not too big if you have the space.
: an oversized wardrobe is not an intelligent partitioning solution for a large room, but in my opinion still a thousand times better than a storage closet.
@Bauexperte you miscalculated by a lean 10 K€, but even 288 K€ seems very expensive to me for a KFW70 house with 180m² of living space without a basement, there must be a lot of extras included.

From personal experience: we are at about 295 T € for 189 sqm + planning... and that is neither luxury nor the most expensive craftsman - and it is Niedersachsen. Everything is largely a question of what is included in the 1600 € I would say... (underfloor heating, floor coverings, type of heating, type of ventilation...)

Who is talking about a partition solution? Not me. What is that anyway? Possibly something provisional to individually organize a too large room? You can skip that if the house is well designed.

I understand as a mid-level standard monolithic masonry, 240 mm insulation in the roof, underfloor heating on all floors, air-water heat pump, ventilation, manual roller shutters, bathroom series at least V & B - turnkey - Kfw 70. Excluding floor coverings ([Diele] and bathrooms in standard) and painting work

Rhenish greetings from afar
