Sorry to ask again - I’m just curious: Are the pipes then clamped between the bricks (which I find hard to imagine) or do you have a drywall there? That should be difficult in terms of noise, and you would be able to hear the water/sewage in the adjoining room, right?

Next to the wall of the guest WC is the storage room, so whether there are noises or not plays less of a role. Whether there would have been noises in the bathroom without a false wall (which I had done in drywall construction)... no idea. But slotting into an 11cm wall seemed a bit "odd" to me as a layman. Hence the false wall. But even with a 17cm wall thickness, I would still have had a false wall built. But nothing noticeable can be heard this way.

We have consciously omitted a pre-wall installation element at the washbasins in both bathrooms. We do not really see the benefit of it for us. In the main bathroom, the wall with the washbasins adjoins our bedroom. You cannot hear anything from it. No drywall construction with 17.5 thickness.

At our place, the utility room is on that wall – we actually don’t need a shelf or noise absorber there. We have a nice shelf with towels. I probably would have preferred it differently, but the priorities were different.

Exactly, so the partition wall will be placed in the guest toilet, but more pipes are "routed" towards the utility room there, otherwise the 175mm wall is probably no problem for this... Here in my rental apartment, the bathroom wall is also not reinforced at that point..

Thanks for the information about the hedge, I just wondered if it could also be placed directly on the boundary since it is prescribed that way in the development plan...

And of course you can use the "main bathroom" in case of illness, that's not a question, but as I said, I basically spend time twice a day in the living room and found it nicer that way, for example, I saw a bungalow from Scanhaus Marlow where you went from the open space into the living room, then the dressing room and then the bathroom... I personally didn't like that.

And yes, I also liked the idea of several floor-to-ceiling windows better than one panoramic window, since I personally own solid furniture that is rather tall and narrow, and I think most of the floor space is provided anyway by the wall unit with a width of 4.50 m.

The dining table will be placed horizontally "plan-top-left", I'm still considering whether 160x100 or 200x100, I think I'll decide once the kitchen is installed...
