Nope, that’s just the island counter. That means there are still 2.50m in depth behind the kitchen. I will place the dining table crosswise to it and slightly set in towards the terrace door. That shouldn’t be a problem at all.
Exactly. I gather that many want direct access to the bedroom/dressing room, then I would probably make a door towards the dressing room as well, as I said, personally I really like this access because I see the opposite example with access through the bedroom as absolutely no option for me... I don’t like it. I go to the bathroom much more often than to the bedroom, so it doesn’t bother me at all... but I think that’s not a planning error, but really due to individual taste...
For a spatially separated hallway (initially I had planned a vestibule with a glass door as some have suggested) I personally have no real use, since my access will be through the utility room...
