I think it's not acceptable at all that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Sure, on paper you saved on hallway space, but in fact the left part of the bathroom is just a passageway. I would rather put up a wall and go to the bathroom on the right and straight ahead to the bedroom. It's also better when you have visitors. And then take a bit from the guest room for a wardrobe. You don't have any space for that at all.

I find it improvable in many things. Even if you were to take it as it is (in terms of the basic structure), there are small errors here and there.

The option to therefore convert the bathroom into a hallway is also not the best solution and ultimately is not one. If the partner ever has to deal with the crap or wants to do something else embarrassing in the bathroom, is that then a restricted zone or must he endure guests?

... so that you then stand in the living room to take off your jacket? Your premises can be solved without creating new problems. Putting a garage on the south side is also a waste for the property.

This should be stated here so that others take another look at the design before they want to emulate it.

The proposal from charli is very good.. another wall on the right on the way to the bedroom. I would even continue the pre-wall from the WC to the left so that there is also a shelf above the sink. I wouldn't want to do without that anymore.

Oh yes, the door to the storage room might be better placed in the hallway on the narrow side and then opening outwards. This way, there would be a nice shelf space on the long side without interruption and the door (if it stayed inward-opening) would otherwise take up shelf space there again.

In the phase after approval, we still moved a lot of interior walls and doors and windows, that works, when the builder says stop, now this way is built, then he orders material. Until then, think over the proposals, you don’t have to, but you have thought about it and decide. Have fun with it, I lack the space for a dining table

Good morning and thanks again for the suggestions. I am happy to address your points, since "my" floor plan in this case is really supposed to appeal to me, I have actually already thought about your mentioned points in advance, but of course that does not mean that for someone else these points would not be the clearly better / more practical choice!

Number 1 regarding the bedroom, I just want to ask the group directly, how often are you daily in your bedroom/dressing room? For my part, usually in the morning to get up and in the evening to go to bed... I liked the idea of the en-suite bathroom, conversely, I would personally find it less nice if guests always had to first pass through or past the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The large bathroom is generally used anyway by me, the family, and overnight guests, that was my consideration behind it. Expanding the hallway for that... no, since you also need a corresponding depth e.g. for the walk-in shower with the heated towel rail... And regarding the topic of gastrointestinal problems... there is always the guest toilet, so I do not see that as a problem at all.

Number The guests enter through the front door, not through the garage. As you can see, the back wall of the shower is recessed a bit, here a wall panel along with a shoe cabinet will be installed. Furthermore, a dresser for miscellaneous stuff will be placed on the right side wall next to the storage room, which I will use as a pantry, even though it was once labeled as such, hence the open door to the living room/kitchen.

Since the utility room is quite spacious (intentionally), there is enough storage space here for shelves/cleaning supplies and the like, so I find the solution to use the storage room as pantry better.

But as I said, some considerations could certainly be implemented for other configurations... Thanks again for the comments & have a nice day everyone!

I had completely forgotten, I have a large wash cabinet 130 cm wide, which has a lot of storage space, plus the bathroom plan also includes 3 wall shelves... but good point!
