Who has experience with Parador Modular One flooring?

since we are currently on the topic of flooring and I generally find the Modular One in the click version for DIY installation quite interesting, I would like to know if there are any other experiences.

Are you satisfied? What subfloor did you choose?

We also installed the floor. I think I have already posted photos here. The floor is definitely one of the best of its kind. The look and feel are really good. In addition, it is of course very robust and completely dirt-resistant. In the next house, when the children are a bit older, I would still install parquet.
I would definitely recommend the large planks. Unfortunately, they were not available to us back then...

We have also installed the modular one Oak Spirit throughout the entire house. Visually, I still find it very beautiful, but I would be interested to know how you clean it (when wet)? I usually mop once a week, but I find it extremely difficult with this floor. Dirt/dust cannot really be absorbed but is spread across the floor by the rough surface. This way, mopping doesn’t make any sense at all... Does anyone have the same problem or how have you solved it?

Hello everyone, we are also looking for new flooring for the upstairs (bedroom, study approx. 40 sqm) and came across the Parador Modular One. However, I am quite unsettled by Hardness's post because he has color abrasion with exactly the floor we like, "Oak urban light limed." Does anyone else have such problems with Parador floors or are your experiences with the product good?

We installed it as a floating floor in the children's rooms and unfortunately, I am not satisfied. The appearance is good, but personally, I don't like the feel. It feels dull. Especially when you have wooden floors in the house for direct comparison. So far, it is easy to maintain (we have only been in the house for 6 months, so no long-term test). I have only seen color abrasion in one small spot, and you can only say "serves me right". I scrubbed too hard trying to remove a paint stain from painting. In hindsight, I would have preferred to install a cheaper parquet in the children's rooms and possibly throw it out after some time. I am sure that the Parador floor will be the first thing we replace here in the house. Good thing it is installed as a floating floor. So it won't be a big deal. I now think I am too convinced by the feel of a wooden floor, so vinyl simply is not for me.

We also have the Modular One Eiche Pur Natur and are very satisfied. The feel when walking is great.

I think that the different opinions regarding haptics and cleaning are due to the different surface colors. The best thing is to simply find a specialist retailer where it is displayed and form your own impression.

Cleaning works for us without any problems, by the way.
