Who has experience with Parador Modular One flooring?

Why shouldn't it? Yes, maybe your heating runs a bit less efficiently and only delivers 99.9%, but in my opinion, that's negligible... we actually have a different issue with the floor in the color white: when light and shadow fall on it, it shimmers brownish in the shadowed areas and one thinks there's a big brown spot there... but it's just the shadow... I don't find that very nice...

What about dogs/cats? Is the floor scratch-sensitive?

Really beautiful floor and we are considering laying it over 120 sqm. However, we were told at OBI that we are not allowed to put a kitchen on it and have to lay the floor around it. It is the same with a large sliding door wardrobe 4m long. Is that correct? Is the customer advisor right?

In my experience, similar considerations generally apply to vinyl floors. Five years ago, we installed our vinyl floor (Gerflor full vinyl flooring) in our apartment. Wherever there are point loads (e.g., from a large wardrobe with small feet), we now have indentations in the floor. That means you should definitely consider large-area underlays. For example, we placed plexiglass discs under the sofa, and that works very well.

What price per sqm did you actually pay? We will take the Landhausdiele Eiche Spirit Natur, but are still unsure where we will source the product from.

I have now received an offer for just under 55 sqm at a price of 24.99 €/sqm from an online retailer. I find that quite cheap compared to brick-and-mortar stores, which charge 30-36€ / sqm for the same product. Where's the catch?!

So far, in my experience, the brick-and-mortar stores have always been cheaper with individual offers than the internet... for such amounts, I am always very reluctant to order online, I have certain prejudices about that.
