Who has experience with Parador Modular One flooring?

We will be installing about 120 sqm of Oak Pure Natural in the new building in two weeks.

How did you handle the transition and finishing profiles? More the simple glued version or the one to be screwed into the screed?

And did you transfer the screed expansion joints in the floor to every room with the help of a profile or not?

Hey, I am curious about your experiences with the floor? We are also planning this floor but read a lot of negative things such as:
- Coating peels off
- generally sensitive when something is dropped
- you still need impact sound insulation

We are wavering between Modular One or a cheap parquet around 35-40€.

Real experiences are all the more important to us. Thanks. Also, how does it behave with underfloor heating? Is it unproblematic with floating installation and impact sound insulation?

We have it throughout the house and are already very satisfied in the children's and bedrooms. It is easy to maintain and looks stylish (Oak Pure Natural). In the dining and living room area, after living with it for a year with two small children, we would rather choose tiles if we had to decide again. We have already got a few deep scratches from moving chairs. However, this is not a specific problem of Modular One but more of a general one.

Thanks. Are there any other experiences? As an alternative to Modular One, Parador directly recommended the BASIC 3.0 vinyl covering to me. I have a sample plank here. Very high quality, good feel, almost like parquet. The thickness of the plank at 9.4mm also seems good.

Vinyl = plastic I would not do. But the Parador is really junk, enough people have already written that here.

And have you also had that experience personally, or is it just hearsay from this forum? There are also some people here who report very positively about the Modular. We have also decided on the Modular One, I will report on how it performs.
