Who has experience with Parador Modular One flooring?

I have now received an offer for just under 55 sqm at a price of €24.99 / sqm from an online retailer. I find that quite cheap compared to brick-and-mortar stores, which charge €30-36 / sqm for the same product. Where is the catch?!

I think that’s common, it was the same for me. I also bought Parador vinyl online, which is considerably cheaper than at the local store. That’s probably how it is; they have to pay for their showroom space, etc. But such a big price difference is really something you don’t have to accept, you have nothing to give away. For us, the flooring came directly from Parador via freight. But I’m sure it also depends on the online retailer.

So we intend to purchase the Modular One. No other vinyl flooring.

No, I meant does your advisor say that about the cabinet specifically regarding the modular One or about vinyl in general? Vinyl is after all soft(er)
