You simply take an oiled hardwood parquet from a brand manufacturer and buy it on clearance or maybe second choice. The more lively the floor is, the less scratches are noticeable. Due to the lack of a lacquer layer, you also don't have a sensitive high-gloss floor.
Tastes are known to differ, but I find tiles very cold and would never put them in the living area. Plastic flooring, preferably printed 200 times with the same wood pattern, would be the last thing I would put in my house. By the way, it is no less susceptible to scratches, etc.
Otherwise, I can recommend a polished screed to anyone who wants a low-maintenance floor. Although it is more intended for industrial applications, many apparently like it here when the floor is as smooth and cold as possible.
