That's quite a lot of things. Things that I hardly even notice anymore; but that I do notice in other houses when they don't have them

- plinth under the washing machine/dryer
- spacious pantry cabinets in the laundry room
- a few small clotheslines in the heating room opposite the "laundry aisle"
- dirt shower in the laundry room at the exit to the garden
- carport
- kitchenette next to the living room
- "freight elevator" (wood for the living room fireplace, for example)
- fireplace in the living room
- dressing room
- storage room
- large corner bench with a big table in the hallway
- recessed front door
- outdoor light with motion sensor
- utility sink at the shed in the garden
- 3 outdoor water taps plus 2 Gardena automatic hose rewinders
- lighting in the greenhouses plus LED spotlights on the vegetable bed

I'm sure I would list other things as "indispensable" if I had them ^^ You get used to comfort so quickly... (says the one who never considered seat heating in the car important... until she had one )

Hello,

-Controlled residential ventilation (a really great invention!)
-Children's bathroom
-Housekeeping room with washing machine on the ground floor and not in the basement, much more convenient

Best regards
Sabine

what I would really miss:
- washing machine/dryer pedestal
- no basement (so having to have one again)
- controlled residential ventilation (and having to ventilate again, especially in winter, ugh)
- the garden
- the stairs with the cupboard underneath

So the biggest improvements compared to the previous rented apartment in a block are:

- Parking directly at the house, no stairs, no annoying search in the evening for where to leave the car...
- spacious bathroom with daylight
- kitchen where the "everyday table" comfortably fits
- finally own greenery around again for a few flowers and two or three small vegetable beds

Yesterday I was outside for several hours and the weather was really bad. I was completely freezing and at the end actually lay down on the floor with a blanket and enjoyed the warmth from below

Many of these things could probably have been rented as well, just like every child can have their own room.

Many of my friends and acquaintances always watch it and shake their heads. They do not understand the meaning and the whole concept behind it. I often had to explain it and was then laughed at, but I want to say it openly: I like my bidet!
