Although I’m not really the type to have to stick to the sink with one hand while brushing my teeth

I also think these stands are awesome, I have such a metal frame under my washing machine, which even has a pull-out platform for placing the laundry basket, THAT is brilliant! Over the weekend, I did a total of 9 loads of laundry or was it 11... anyway, very many, and you just appreciate such small things. I also love my rotary dryer in the courtyard very close to the laundry room, and in winter I hang clothes in the "garage" (which we don't actually use as one), just 5 meters further away. Also something I never want to do without, because I don’t like to turn on our dryer for environmental and financial reasons. I’m also glad to now have the washing machine and dryer in the basement where you can’t hear them and the neighbors can’t either, so I can comfortably use the timer to start the machine at 6 a.m. on Sundays, so the first load is done when I’ve finished breakfast.

Exactly, just a base... Laundry baskets still fit underneath, perfect height for loading and unloading without back strain
