I am so glad that we chose the electrical package with power supply instead of the standard kerosene package. The light switch on and the lamp is on is so great. And the pizza goes into the oven, turn the knob, wait, and eat instead of pre-pumping with alcohol and kerosene lighting and then it sputters and smokes black, no, how nice, such an electrical package. It wasn’t even that expensive at 4999,-.

Is solid-colored brick better for insulation? - you have to explain that to me ...

ah ...I misunderstood ...no, of course not, the solid coloring is not technically better, but more beautiful, an engobe is the last, very sensitive.

It is like so often in life. - Once you have gotten to know something and found it good, you no longer want to give it up. - If, on the other hand, you do not know something, you do not miss it either.

yes, I feel the same

- the wide entrance hallway offers plenty of comfort without the walls getting immediately scuffed from frequent brushing against them

- open kitchen concept: I love my asymmetrically diagonally placed island
And the view while cooking to the greenhouse at the end of the garden

Everything else is either not worth mentioning or not present or can be implemented differently in another/new house.

or did I misunderstand the question?

Here is a question about "... split windows with fixed lower part, ...", please ignore it if you think it’s stupid: What is the purpose of the fixed lower part, what advantage does it have from your point of view? Is it about security on higher floors? Do you mean by fixed lower part a "transom" that then replaces the security?
