What ceiling height have you chosen?

Parapet windows are 1.51m high at the bottom here with us. They also have a 1m-wide element and it does not look strange.

The additional cost of the doors was, I believe, three times as high - but they are also flush doors, so it is somewhat difficult to see where the additional cost lies.

The roller shutter box is the last element when the concrete ceiling is above it. Otherwise, there is still a lintel above (1st floor with wooden beam ceiling).

Is the window 1.51 high or is the parapet height 1.51?

Can you show a picture of it? Gladly also via PM.

We also want flush doors in white and have planned with 2.1 so far, but at 2.6 height. Now, because of the floor construction, we come to 2.56/2.57 and therefore are considering going 12.5 cm higher.

The window is 1.51m high - sill height 90 cm.

2.25m doors are also standard, so the additional cost will probably be moderate. I still have a 2.12m T30 door here, I just find it too big with the space up to the ceiling. Photos to follow...

Thanks for the pictures.
For most, 1.985m is standard for the doors. We definitely want 2.1m, rather bigger.

Hello,

through this thread we realized that our planned ceiling height for the large kitchen/dining/living area is probably a bit too low. So far, about 2.625 m wall height and thus about 2.45 m clear room height was planned. Now we would like to build half a brick higher, so about 2.75 m wall height and thus about 2.57 m clear room height. We hope that this change is still possible after the building permit.

Now to the actual question, which door and window heights would you recommend? We would like the floor-to-ceiling and "ceiling-high" windows in the kitchen/dining/living area to be as high as possible. Above that, there must still be the [Raffstore Kasten] and in addition, about 5 cm must be deducted from the available height due to insulation under the terrace roof.

We are planning to get information from a window manufacturer soon, but independent preliminary information would of course be helpful.
