What ceiling height have you chosen?

Out of interest, do you know how much extra it cost you compared to the standard 240 or 250?

For us, with 13.99 m x 9.24 m, the surcharge for increasing the floor height on the ground floor to 2.875 m clear shell height (top of slab to bottom of ceiling. Later about 2.65+ m room height. Including brick cladding, excluding door and window changes): 3,960.17 EUR.

we had the ground floor raised by 12.5 cm, that was about 2300 euros, plus 250 euros for the higher windows and terrace doors.
We also had the basement raised, that was a bit more expensive, I think about 2800 € (I don't have the exact numbers in my head anymore, I'm already in the repression phase...)

That's just 15 cm, but it's a hefty price; even with double-layer masonry and in NI. Is the cladding interrupted or continuous?
