Without situating the house in the site plan and knowing where north, the driveway, etc. are, the floor plans are just child's play.

22 degrees is ok. Not that it has to be at least 30 like in another thread

Is the construction company confirmed because you are so focused on measurements

Actually yes, we feel very comfortable there. We favor Bien-Zenker.

So, a small bungalow with a gable roof. The children's rooms are rather small, storage as well, and no space for an office. How about a staircase to the attic: office and playroom plus storage. Then the roof would be insulated instead of the upper floor ceiling, the electricity would be routed up, and a large window would be installed on one gable side. So initially just preparation, the children share one room at first and the office downstairs is initially the other "children's room". And when the children grow older, you can further develop the attic, so playroom plus office or one of the children wants to move upstairs. The attic is suitable as storage from the start, if necessary just laminate or PVC flooring and a bare bulb on the ceiling. It costs you the staircase plus its space and a gable window. In return, the space required on the ground floor is smaller and therefore cheaper.

Disadvantage: your wife can't go upstairs then, but a stairlift would always be possible afterwards. Costs start at about 8,000 euros for spiral staircases.

This is a small catastrophe

Please don’t call something a draft that you quickly sketch out where no room will function. I mean: even a blind person can see that a bed and a room door don’t fit in 190 cm.
These are slaps in the face for architects.

Okay. How should anyone know that here?
If you want floor plans to be discussed, please go to the appropriate subforum.
There you also have to fill out a questionnaire where everything necessary for the evaluation of a plan is asked. You would also have to state the handicap, then it is a definitive matter and will not be a side issue in a discussion.

Read. Simply read the pinned posts in the subforum.
However, you should have a professional take care of it. The plan can then be discussed here when the time comes.
