Please excuse me, I expressed myself incorrectly, I believe I already have the costs, it's about the remaining open points, where we can clarify these.

This would now be our idea for a floor plan

The green areas are to have open ceilings so that you can see under the roof.

The horizontal red wall in the living room should be like this, but not all the way up to the roof, only about 2 meters:

The vertical red wall should be approximately like this, with the TV placed behind it. The beam thickness will be adjusted. Here too, the beams will be used as room dividers and will not go up to the ceiling.

The floor plan is not practical for everyday use. This is a holiday home floor plan. Because: the entrance area is too small to accommodate a family, the living room is too narrow and has points of friction with the children's rooms. Children's rooms are not places of retreat.

But there is still quite a lot wrong. Spontaneously, I would say that almost every room is too small if the furniture proportions are correct. For example, in the bedroom, you would have to squeeze through a narrow gap to get into the bed (even twice), four chairs cannot be used at the dining table, and you also have to aim quite well over the two sinks in front of the toilet. I would fundamentally rethink the plan in this configuration once again.

Thank you for the answers. We are open to solutions. The entrance area is only so that the cats do not run out onto the street.
