I can confirm, the discrepancy is quite remarkable. For us, the standard land value is about 110 euros, the municipal price 160 euros per sqm, and on the free market, if anything is available, at least 400 euros per sqm. That’s four times the standard land value... wow

So the values do not interest us, it is more about whether it is building land or not. But if the municipalities and offices really work so slowly, that is understandable.
