Thanks for your answer, I took a look at it and according to the geoportal, is there only one parcel number or is it because the survey is still missing like with 88/17? How can I tell if it is building land? I have attached the file showing what it looks like. The gentleman said we can build up to the height of 88/17 at most. These would be the neighbors with the bungalow. The width size would be our thing, possibly up to the town entrance.

Questions are now: is it really building land and will a separate parcel with its own number be created after surveying the section? 88/16 seems to be the parent land and one cuts out the building plots from it with surveying?

Hope it’s not written too confusingly.

please take a look here, or google "Boris Sachsen"
there you will also find the standard land value and whether it is build-ready land

Thank you both very much, I have looked at both sites and the result is that the area is classified as farmland both on the Geoportal and on Boris Sachsen.

What surprises me - on Boris Sachsen the neighbor's plot is not marked as building land, on the Geoportal it is. The comparison is attached.

How and where can I next clarify whether it will become building land and who decides about it?
Why is the neighbor's plot marked once not as building land and once as building land?

The building authority should also be reachable by phone five days a week in your area in Saxony and offer one or two days of open office hours.

Okay, thank you very much, then I will do the homework tomorrow and call there again. It's strange why the Boris states that the neighboring plot is not building land, although the house has been there since 2011.
