The room at the bottom left is the utility room. We will make it bigger. New adjusted design will come later. It has to be a bungalow due to a handicap that makes climbing stairs a torture. What are the general opinions on the design of the floor plan?

You come home Where do shoes, jackets, bags for 4 people go? Measurements are missing. Dining area might work with a bench Children's rooms are tiny and not really usable. A little person is supposed to play, learn, meet friends, and sleep there for 20 years Bedroom dimensions including dressing area or without? No matter how, your furniture doesn't fit. The distance from the edge of the bed to the wall is a joke Bathroom will be tight between the tub and the toilet You need to go through your own apartment and furniture. And consider whether the distances suit you

Bungalow is fine. If handicap, then possibly already barrier-free or at least simple so that aids can be used if necessary?

Especially when there is a handicap that restricts movement, you must not have to crawl through everywhere.

Which one of you has the handicap? And how many m2 do you want as a minimum?

Which roof do you have to build?

When searching barrier-free on Google for Hanse Haus Bungalow 133
In the show house, instead of the storage room, there is a staircase leading to the basement. Possibly, the roof could be accessed there to accommodate building services and a children's room upstairs. As long as the little ones are small, they can use the study.
