Wow, thank you for so much inspiration! We will now try to incorporate this alongside [Kinderbespaßung] and work and provide feedback on your questions.

First, you should place the house on the plot. In the excerpt of the development plan, - as far as I can tell - the areas for garages are specified. Are these binding in any way or just drawn "just for fun"?

Normally, this questionnaire is supposed to help not to forget important information:

If the budget is important, you should definitely mention it.

A Google search also offers some suggestions under the keyword "floor plan with 3 children's rooms." Maybe you should first look at what others have come up with before trying to replace 4 years of study with your own initiative.
The usual way would otherwise be to go to the architect or general contractor you trust without a sketch but only with a list of requirements and discuss their ideas here.

I think this is the first time I have pinned a "Love" instead of just a Like. Last night I was really at a loss where in the thread your floor plans were. And now you have even "value added" them by adding a long-term test comment to the house design. Commendable, that earns a merit badge / holy picture!
I assume the difference between the gross/net window heights is due to a 25 cm high roller shutter box?
I’m glad you continued your house thread today as well.
Does your wife allow you to show the finished kitchen?

Also many heartfelt thanks for this warning to fellow readers!
Would you, like , also design the stairs in a next house so that they lead fully into the attic?

I assume these are optionally additionally usable, purpose-specific building windows for garages/carports, meaning these privileged outbuildings are allowed to stand both in the main building window and in the additional building window as well as overlapping in both. That’s why I remarked that the garage on the house-left side from the street view is wasting this potential in my interpretation.

I still think our floor plan for 3 children's rooms is quite successful (even though it is not the latest version, utility room/guest WC looks a bit different). But it has not been built yet, so no practical experience. https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundrisse-einfamilienhaus-160-qm-eure-erfahrungen.44386/post-605499

Otherwise, I found the one from Viebrockhaus (Maxime 620 I believe) quite suitable. It comes as a 3 children's rooms variant.

Yes, exactly!

Yes, it was pretty much deserted. Soon there will be a photo of the fence.

Hehe, once it's finished, I think so.
At the moment the baseboard is still missing. Somehow I messed up with the parapet heights and cabinet heights. We wanted a countertop running into the window reveal and I managed that. The problem is that the baseboard height is now 15 cm. With IKEA standard legs and baseboards only 12 cm is possible.
I found legs, but such high baseboards only come in silver (we wanted gray, maybe white). For custom cutting, it's again too narrow (from 20 cm), so I either have to take silver after all (and maybe repaint), cut it myself (which won't be really straight with me), or have the local carpenter cut it (which will be expensive). Also, I bought some parts wrong (I had ordered and picked up the fronts in Poland, something seems to have gotten mixed up). That means drawers are missing, or the fronts for them.
At the moment I lack motivation and we also have other construction sites (not at the house).

By the way, I had a fixed schedule in mind for the kitchen planning. Apart from the fact that no one else sticks to it, I should have placed the cooktop one cabinet further to the right. If the current countertop ever reaches the end of its lifespan, I will probably make that shift. There is simply too little workspace between sink and cooktop.

Without a basement, I think so, although I would be okay with just a pull-out ladder to a pure storage attic if you could at least move there without acrobatics and place more than two shelves at 1.70 height. Keep in mind that such a staircase also has its price and just switching to standard beech because of the attic – well, if it’s hidden behind a door – okay. But then rather a space-saving staircase or at least full width but just one flight and steep.

But I am already quite annoyed that the photovoltaic system will suffer because of the “instead-want-hip-roof” fashion trend, I fashion victim.

Not that I know of, but both the catalog and this thread mention a 3K variant of the 610:
