Construction method: one should always justify preferences so that fellow discussants can understand the reasons and, if necessary, point out which other approaches to the goal might be more suitable or which motives are understandable but based on incorrect assumptions. House type: my clear recommendation, especially with a modest budget, is not to restrict oneself too firmly.
