According to your plan, the house is supposed to be 13.9x8m in size. Is that correct? If yes: I wouldn't know how to properly distribute such a number of rooms in that space. You would have a floor area of 111.2sqm or <14sqm per room, if you disregard the hallways.

Especially if a person with a handicap lives in the house, you should plan more generously and either try to include a basement or a converted attic if the floor area cannot be increased.

It is not a disability; it only refers to climbing stairs. Everything else is no problem.

The size is:

15.04 x 8.79m

We could also go to 15.04 x 9.42m for an allegedly small fee

That’s funny, I thought right away that the whole thing is for the cat. What I read from you doesn’t make me very confident. The budget is too tight, the building land is still a field, the floor plan is a disaster, and overall a lot of ignorance. Better leave the floor plan to a professional. Overall, I want to advise you to find someone you trust (preferably a dear family member) who knows the subject and can oversee your project. Sorry if you might feel a little offended, but the whole thing seems to me like it could go badly wrong. If you’re not careful, the money will be gone very quickly and hardly anything of the house will be finished.

Once again, please: which of you has this handicap - one of the children or someone from the builders?
