The budget is too tight, the building land is still a field, the floor plan is a disaster, and overall a lot of ignorance. Better leave the floor plan to a professional. Overall, I want to advise you to find someone you trust (preferably a dear family member) who knows the subject and can oversee your project. Sorry if you might feel a little offended, but the whole thing seems to me like it could go badly wrong. If you’re not careful, the money will be gone very quickly and hardly anything of the house will be finished.
