All these hallway-like rooms don't work. The bedroom is only 2.8m at its widest point. How is a bed supposed to fit in there, etc.? Similarly in the children's rooms.
Don't be mad at me, but I still find it terrible... You have a lot of hallway space, winding, and accordingly dark. The children's rooms are still misshapen, even if different than before. I would change the stairs. How about moving them to the left to the outer wall? Then you could already make a large window and have light in the hallway. Also, you could make an exit to the terrace directly next to the stairway. So you wouldn’t have to destroy half of the upper floor for this "access route."
I'm not mad at anyone, I appreciate every honest opinion and after all, I am only planning as an amateur.
The problem is on the one hand that the bathroom as it is now is conveniently located directly above the utility room and that if the stairs were moved, the entire ground floor would have to be redesigned. And we personally like it this way – even if opinions here differ greatly on that...
But I think you can at least be flexible during the planning phase.

I'll attach a picture of how I’ve planned the whole thing with furniture. I think this can be implemented like this, right? In the bedroom we actually only need a 2x2 meter bed since the dressing room offers space for wardrobes.
I don’t want to be stubborn, just want to make my ideas understandable :)
That looks to me pretty much like cage keeping, both for the children and for yourselves ;) Of course, you can just put a bed there, but it is neither comfortable nor even nice. Since you are completely free to design the floor plan in the new building, I wouldn't know why anyone would want to put themselves through that...

I also find the rooms way too corridor-like! I find children's room 2 especially unattractive! Everything is shoved into the corner and the front of the room is practically dead space. The bed in the master bedroom feels like it's at the end of a 15 m tunnel.. I find the upper floor very, very uncozy. On the ground floor you have a guest bathroom but no guest room. Instead, you have a utility room, a HTR and a pantry, so quite a lot of utility space and less living space.. I would plan it again..
