I am already thinking about how we can redesign certain things, preferably the whole upper floor.

Much potential for disentanglement lies in starting with the upper floor.

It is hard to believe that telepathy between two TEs is supposed to work almost like a fax, in all essential errors the drafts are virtually identical twins. And then also within such a short time delay. Is there something in the air - chemtrails?

They are indeed two different plots! But, you can also "copy" unsuitable (miserable) floor plans.

Basically, we already quite like the current plan as it is.

Addendum: More square meters in the rooms instead of the hallway does make sense, just not like this.

The interior staircase, or rather the small hallway on the upper floor, is a dark "hole." Narrow and dark, nobody really wants to go through there. I currently see no [DF].

That's exactly the right reaction to the feedback. I also wanted to mention, on the ground floor there is a long hallway, but still hardly any space for a cloakroom etc. I also can't understand why so many floor plans want the entrance area to be directly open to the living area. You have such a long axis directly from the entrance through the dining area to the terrace. I find that less cozy for the living rooms.
