Are the connections then correct? Our plumber wanted the exact data of the washbasin we selected. For example, the water connections of the Villeroy & Boch S 2.0 are farther apart than those of a Keramag Icon.

Regarding the connections. I don't understand the problem. The connection between the faucet and the water outlets in the wall consists of braided, flexible hoses.

Regarding Yvonne. Yes, we have agreed to confirm him on Monday. We will try to purchase his display model, which has only been handled by customers. I can imagine he will do it and offer a discount.

So, the thing is ordered. You have to allow a little bathroom robbery, otherwise you become a forum oddity. Not the showroom model, he’s only had that for three weeks, he says. But for that, he gave up the mineral cast sink instead of the displayed one and a really cool faucet, one of those spacey things. Karsten

We will soon be going to the bathroom supplier for the first time. Since I have access to the complete price list for work reasons, I am already getting really angry:

Keramag Icon washbasin 120cm wide with 2 tap holes costs €340 at Reuter, €1091 at the bathroom supplier.

so 3.2 times as much.

Since we are working with individual awards, we can of course also say that he should install the basin supplied on site, but that involves effort and the fitter will probably charge a hefty surcharge.

All annoying.

Matte, our first idea was to take the standard and replace it soon. But we were both only half satisfied with that. The second idea was to only have the connection installed and at least completely remove the washbasins. Then buy a vanity unit at Ikea or Bauhaus and have it installed by the janitorial service. These one-man shows exist everywhere, here at least three in town. We can live well with the standard toilets; Duravit D Code is not ugly. When I discussed this with him on site on Friday at 7:15, he said he could also do it inexpensively, not cheaply, but inexpensively, and we should come to him sometime, as he had something that was affordable and still good. Well, certainly it would have been cheaper again via Ikea, but what he showed us on Friday just before noon, or rather my wife, I only saw it this morning, previously only photos, is also qualitatively more valuable than Ikea. So that he earns in the end, that has to be. Karsten
