yes, but we told you that! You always held the position that I enforce my right, I'll show them. Now you're whining about the costs

You will probably need a second lawyer to take action against the first one... this will be fun I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I also enforced my position and won...so I did everything right, didn’t I? I get the costs back from the landlord. That is written in black and white in the court ruling. But the lawyer lets months pass without taking action. When I then ask him why nothing has happened for months, you get answers like:

1. I thought he would now voluntarily release the rental deposit account.
2. Your main interest is for now satisfied...We’ll see about the rest - it all just takes time.

Just like the motto: Actually, I don’t feel like doing anything. If they didn’t call (annoy) now and then, the file would already be in the trash.

You do have a judgment, right? Then you should also enforce these costs. However, I don’t know if you can claim them if they are not specified in the court ruling.

To top it all off, you can only enforce a judgment through the bailiff. And he will also have had to advance the costs for you^^

The bailiff initially only costs a two-digit amount.

Since the debtor owns a property, and thus has seizable assets, one should be able to get the money in the long (!) run. I rule out the debtor’s insolvency for now. However, given the background, it wouldn’t really surprise me anymore. As I said, I’m still keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Yes, but these costs also have to be advanced first. And the costs for the lawyer, court, etc. are also initially "latent" for me.
