Who talks about arbitrariness? He has a judgment!

And? What does the bank care! Again, how can the bank assess whether an appeal is filed against the judgment?! The bank only pays out when, here the ex-landlord, releases the accounts.

He has an enforceable copy, not just a judgment. If the bank refuses, have it served by a bailiff and, if necessary, have it enforced.

Oh okay, then it works. But it costs again.

I still have not received my rental deposit after more than 2 months. Inquiries are repeatedly noted, but no response is given.

I thought at least the rental deposit would be received without problems by now. After all, I have a judgment that clearly states that it is due to me.

I am still waiting for the court's cost assessment... the judgment is from February 2019. Nevertheless, I have already received about 300 euros from the opposing party. For whatever reason, even though no cost assessment has been made yet... moreover, the amount is far too low and can never be the share that is rightfully mine.

Rental deposit = 850 euros
Interest = 150 euros
Court costs = 160 euros
Lawyer = 440 euros

= total 1,600 euros

So far, I have received 300 euros back, even though a judgment has existed since February 2019 that rules in my favor. No wonder no one has any trust left in the state and the courts...
