It’s not your problem if the address in the contract is incorrect, how are you supposed to know where the guy lives.
If the judge writes that it will be rejected and suggests withdrawal, she is doing that as a kind hint. If the objection is withdrawn, it is not subject to fees, the formal rejection is.

The lawyer even sent a photo of the landlord 2’s ID card and a picture of the mailbox... it has the name of landlord 1 plus the name of the company that landlord 1 and 2 jointly manage on it.

Today was the main hearing and just received an email from the lawyer...the defendant 2 has withdrawn the objection against the partial default judgment and defendant 1 has accepted the lawsuit...so the matter should be settled now?
