Now the frustration with the lawyer is understandable.

Wait for the cost assessment order from the court, which then also serves as the title for possible enforcement.

However, it requires an application (which also submits the own costs) and a basic decision on costs in the judgment ("The costs of the legal representation are borne by...").
The cost assessment order then determines the specific amount of the costs.

According to the lawyer, I am supposed to wait for the cost assessment decision... but based on experience, that takes several months. With that, I can then collect the remaining claims. The landlord has several properties and a company... the money should be recoverable.

The judgment states how the costs are divided. However, the lawyer wanted to file an objection against that... because I was assigned costs proportionally, even though I won the case. But I don't know what came of it... the lawyer never communicates or gets in touch.

I am waiting for the cost assessment notice... if any costs are charged to me, I will pass them on to the lawyer... I have demonstrably pointed out to the lawyer before sending the complaint that the name was incorrect, and I also did not sign and approve this complaint.

He had explicitly noted on the draft of the complaint that it could only be sent after my signature. But he just sent it without... Then he should use his liability insurance...
