I probably can’t do that here because he was ordered to release the account...?...and not to pay me, for example, the 850 euros...the bailiff can only recover the interest + court costs + lawyer’s fees for me...if at some point a cost assessment order is issued...

There are companies that do this for you - for a "small" fee, of course.

Hmm, is the judgment enforceable? You can apply for that at the court. And then you would have to go to the bank with it and be able to obtain the release – right? Possibly with a bailiff.

Yes, it is an enforceable copy... but the bank employees had never encountered such a case before (which I somehow cannot believe)... it then went to the internal department for review... that was 2 months ago...

I would try to have a conversation with a bailiff. He probably knows better what he can achieve with the judgment. And, to my knowledge, he would have to be involved anyway.
