Good evening,
I am getting back in touch again.
After discussing with the architect and making some adjustments, here are the floor plans.

Ground Floor = EG
Second Floor = Keller
First Floor = OG

Unfortunately, it cannot be adjusted on the phone.

I am happy about your tips.

Attached is the house with garage drawn on the plot. The sketch is oriented, so the top is north. No ridge direction is specified. To the east is a neighbor with a bungalow, to the south is the street. To the east is a hiking trail and green strip, together at least 5 meters wide, belonging to the municipality, and next to it again a neighbor with a bungalow. To the north is a garden and beyond that fields.

So should one imagine it like this?:

Does a staircase then lead to the main entrance?
Where is the terrace?
The bottom is cut off. You can't see the street layout. Do you get into the garage comfortably like that?
Otherwise, I think it's quite good. I would find it annoying if the toilet in the bathroom always gets wet when you shower - or is that not a walk-in?
A trapped dressing room is not my thing either - I would make the access through the dressing room to the bedroom.
I would find the garden design here very exciting.

... no, take a closer look at the plan again, the house and garage are drawn with a faint line.

Well, that's probably why some are confused, because then the sketch is not oriented to the north or the north arrows on the house designs are wrong. As you can see, the north arrow points upward in my attempt at placement.

I suspect that the north arrow in the floor plans was not placed meticulously ... and so one first deals with something that would not be necessary with clear labeling.
