The Neo just stayed in my memory. It was a bit different. Suddenly you’re standing in the kitchen.
Baufritz has something too.
@ TE visits a few model home parks. Walk the stairs (and some are unpleasantly steep). Imagine your daily routine with an open mind. Stand in the kitchen and simulate a process. Arrange every room as you would like it. Some have such nice bedrooms, but the bed is only 160 cm wide or you open the door and practically walk right into the wardrobe. You then also get a feeling for what others like. Wallpaper, floors, tiles, colors, etc. It’s too late to have fundamental discussions like tile or wood during the selections. Also look at houses with pitched roofs, the bathroom can still have pretty details.
Visit kitchen studios. Ask about prices, open cabinets, etc. Years ago I was looking at kitchens with a friend, her conclusion was either compromises in the kitchen or a man with a higher income who can cook and is at least 190 cm tall. Everything that was “wow” to her was too expensive, wall cabinets with upward-opening doors unreachable high and so on.
