That’s right. There’s also a guy in the green forum who is like mesmerized by the building block that the development planner has symbolically drawn at a possible spot in the building window; and now he mentally tries to squeeze every floor plan proposal into it. What is actually the motive behind "without a roof": do you like flat roofs or is the naive idea behind it that it would be more cost-effective?
