Single-family house 180-190 sqm on a 10x20m building plot, first draft general contractor

Unfortunately, this is still the current state. When I measure the dimensions in the development plan manually, I get a plot width of 12m at the street, 16m on the southwest side. The length is 29.25m in the northwest and 25.3m in the southeast. The slanted edge in the east is 5.5m long. Sorry, there are unfortunately no more precise figures at the moment.

True, according to your sketch it is 16.3m. My calculation was based on your idea to put the carport at the front by the street and move the whole "hut" south to regain the nibbled corner - then it would be the full 6m carport plus 13.3m.
We're by no means garden freaks and a basement is not necessary, so that probably fits.

(1) Driveways of at least 3 m in length must be provided between garages and public traffic areas. This does not apply to open small garages if there are no concerns regarding visibility of the public traffic area.
