These are the figures I mean and are also needed in order to even start dealing with the planning.

Uh, not quite. It would be 13.3m + 3m = 16.3m. The cars are half "in the house." So there would be more than 13m depth for garden and terrace.
If you are real garden freaks, you build with a basement. You can put a sauna, office, and technical equipment there, and the garden size increases again. Of course, it costs, but you have it.

Now, no panic: the plot is narrow but quite long. Others have to manage with 25, while 30 is already quite generous by today's standards. And since the terrace is not limited by both property boundaries but has a width of 6.7 meters, there is still enough garden left.

True, according to your sketch it is 16.3m. My calculation was based on your idea to put the carport at the front by the street and move the whole "hut" south to regain the nibbled corner - then it would be the full 6m carport plus 13.3m.
We're by no means garden freaks and a basement is not necessary, so that probably fits.

: thank you very much. So carports are allowed directly at the street because they are "open small garages"?

With OEM it is common that the product from the brand with the higher competence image is more expensive: Liebherr is associated with refrigeration technology, Miele, however, with "everything" (including small appliances), which in the cooking, baking, cookware, and washing area has a plug.

Daddy picks the motor, and mommy the color. Under Adenauer the world was still in "order"

Therefore check, before you commit forever, whether the building plan also finds approval
