I have none. For what? You often see it, squeezed right next to the kitchen, usually so small that the freezer doesn’t fit. Everyone I know, with new houses, complains that it doesn’t get cold and the drinks are stored in the garage. Do you really get yours as nicely cold as you remember from the past? Meaning in winter the refrigerator is unnecessary.

Honestly, that would be completely sufficient for us as well. My drinks, which I want to store there (since there probably won't be a garage), don't need to be kept cold - ok, I'll have to come up with something for the wine - I just don't want them to be in the utility room or, even worse, in the kitchen...

For wine, I would almost consider planning for a wine cooler. At least if you like to drink it.
