Hangover danger...

Well... what else can you do with it besides keeping your fingers off? :)

About 18m wide and around 40m long (690sqm).
About 20% slope (with 2 "tableaus").
Facing east.

How to best build on the slope with as little earth movement as possible... tent?

Probably the (residential) basement is a must... and a 1.5-story wooden house on top...

Where can you find the right "planner" who designs the right house for this plot cost-consciously. :D

Well... I'll keep pondering.

2935 sqm in the Wetterau, almost 105x28m. The property extends a little way up the hill at the back. It is currently being developed with two bungalows as a multi-generation project and we hope to move in by the turn of the year!

Maybe something like that would be an option? I happened to see it and have been wondering ever since how expensive "a bit of glass and concrete" can be.

Well, the amount of material can hardly justify a thousand marks for a pair of strappy sandals ;-) But I think in this case: very expensive. Compliance with the energy saving ordinance first requires planner brains for an HOAI Superior fee zone, and in execution then endless "insulation baskets."

For further information, the following keywords help with the search: "Gian Salis Architektur". There are also more photos available. According to the architect's information, the insulation of the walls and ceilings was implemented on the inside using mineral-based materials. There is a height offset between the inside and outside of the roof ceiling, but it is only noticeable upon close inspection. Judging from the photos, the floor ceiling was also "only" insulated on the inside from below and above, so with concrete ceilings running continuously between outside and inside!? Correction: the section shows a thermal separation in the floor ceiling. Nicely solved: the lintels at the roof, to statically achieve the slender roof appearance
